I went searching: landing at an ashram where Sanskrit chants burst my heart wide open in the first minute, training as a yoga & meditation teacher, certified herbalist, and shamanic sound healer. I spent years as a Director of Operations leading teams through transformation, then raising two incredible humans while teaching yoga and meditation for over two decades. Every single role prepared me for this work - I've been holding space for people's transformation my entire life.
